Do I need to write my name in my native alphabet on Form G-325A?

If your native language uses non-Roman letters, you will write your name in that native language on Form G-325A. Examples of non-Roman alphabets include Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, Chinese and Hebrew.

If you are preparing Form G-325A on a computer, you won't be able to use your native language on the form. Print the form first. Then, hand write your name in the native letters in the space provided.
