What documents do I need to include for DACA renewal?

The good news is that renewing DACA is much easier than the initial application. You will still need to include some documents with your forms and payment. Here are the items that all renewal applicants must include:

  • Two identical passport-style photos
  • A copy of your last EAD (front and back)

However, depending on your answers to certain questions, you may be required to attach other documentation to support your DACA renewal.
