If my DACA application is denied, can I file an appeal?

No. A denial of an application for deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) cannot be appealed. However, you can file again (and pay the fee again.)

If you have been denied and want to re-apply, please contact an attorney that can help get you the best results.
