You may have noticed that one of the forms you downloaded from CitizenPath opens in Adobe Reader but is actually an XFDF file. XFDF stands for "XML Forms Data Format." XFDF is an XML-based file format for representing form data and annotations that are contained in a PDF form.
XFDF helps keep your data secure. Therefore when opening an XFDF file in Adobe Reader, you may need to trust the site transferring the data.
If you had difficultly downloading a completed from from CitizenPath (perhaps it was blank), it is important to trust the CitizenPath site transferring the data. For more detailed information, go to Why is my form blank?
